dc.description.abstractInjuries in road accidents are a worldwide public health problem for adults as well as for children. More than 95% of all trauma deaths among children worldwide occur in low and middle income countries. Children’s mortality and morbidity caused by road trauma was studied at the following levels: country, average per municipalities and average for Chisinau during 5 years. In Chisinau, children’s road trauma constitues 50% of cases, from the total of trauma’s and poisoning. This quota is 2.5 times higher than the same indicator for the whole country, 1.4 times higher than the average municipality index and 1.3 higher as the index for Chisinau municipality as of 2009. Road trauma mortality rate in children of all injuries and poisonings, the same quota is 50% is 2.5 times higher than the same indicator as the whole country, 1.4 times higher as average municipalities in 2013 and 1.3 times higher as the indicator Chisinau municipality in 2009.en_US
dc.description.abstractДорожно-транспортный травматизм является проблемой общественного здоровья среди взрослого и детского населения. Более 95% всех случаев смерти от травмы среди детей во всем мире происходят в странах с низким или средним уровнем дохода. Нами были изучены заболеваемость и смертность, вызванные дорожным травматизмом у детей в целом по стране, на муниципальном уровне и в среднем по муниципии Кишинэу в динамике на протяжении пяти лет. Удельный вес заболеваемости от дорожных травм у детей из общего числа травм и отравлений в муниципии Кишинэу составляет 50%, что в 2,5 раза больше чем тот же показатель в целом по стране, в 1,4 раза выше чем средний муниципальный показатель за 2013 год и 1,3 раза выше чем показатель по муниципии Кишинэу за 2009 год.
