They were evaluated 47 patients with the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis of viral etiology which have received antiviral treatment in 2012. There were analyzed the clinical and laboratory dates at the initiation of antiviral treatment; the changing of laboratory dates and virological response rate during the treatment depending on the viral etiology of liver cirrhosis. In the study it was found that the success rate of antiviral therapy is higher for the patients who records the activity of hepatic C virus – 45,45% compared to those with the virus activity of hepatic D – 20%. So, the obtained dates are approaching to the success rate in performing antiviral therapy with peg-interferon A 2b and ribavirin registered world wideen_US
