dc.description.abstractRezumat A fost propusă metoda de elevaţie a planşeului SM prin abord crestal cu instalarea simultană a implantelor dentare endoosoase. La 76 de pacienţi au fost instalate 103 implante dentare endoosoase fi letate (sistemul Alpha-Bio, Adin, Miss). În 82,52% cazuri inserarea implantelor s-a efectutat transgingival, fără decolarea lambourilor mucoperiostale şi augumentare cu material osteoplastic. S-a demonstrat că formarea osului la fundul SM în jurul segmentului implantului penetrat în sinus nu mai mult de 4 mm are loc fără augumentare cu material osteoplastic sub infl uenţa fragmentelor de os deplasate prin osteotomie şi a cheagului sangvin. Complicaţii intra- şi postoperatorii nu s-au determinat. Metoda propusă permite instalarea implantelor cu lungime mai mare, este simplă şi uşor suportată de pacienţi.
dc.description.abstractSummary It was proposed a method of elevation of the maxillary sinus fl oor through chrestal aproach with simultanous insertion of endosseous dental implants. At 76 patients there were instaled 103 endosseos dental implants (sistems Alpha-Bio, Adin, Miss). In 82,52% cases insertion of the implants was done through transgingival aproach, without decolation of mucoperiostal fl ap and without augumentation with osteoplastic materials. It was proved that formation of the bone at maxillary sinus fl oor, around implant segement, which is pentrated into the sinus, no more than 4 mm, is formed with out augumentation under the infl uience of bone fragments dislocated through osteotomy and sanguin tromb. Inra- and postoperative complications were not determined. The method wich was proposed permits insertion of implants with more lentgh, it is simple and it is easy supported by the patients.en_US
