Background: Human organs and tissues, beginning from the primary stage until the final formation, are subjected to a number of substantial structural changes. Therefore, histogenesis and organogenesis of anatomical formations represent an important source which reveals many morphofunctional features of the human body. The latter has a special meaning in practical medicine, serving as a key moment in the elucidation of the pathogenesis of many diseases. Nowadays, histogenesis and organogenesis of anatomical formations remain an important source for obtaining information about the structure of the human body. The human organs, in their ontogenetic formation and evolution, are subjected to a number of changes, in accordance with both age and individual features. These peculiarities can be highlighted beginning with the embryonic period, referring to all the processes of histo-, organo- and systemic genesis of anatomical formations. It is very complicated to understand the structural peculiarities and functional capabilities of human organs, including those of the pancreatico-biliary ductal system, without taking into account their embryological particularities. Processes and radical reshuffles that characterize the human embryogenesis are a consequence of a long evolution in the development of the vertebrates. Conclusions: It is elucidate more ample the morphogenesis of the components of coledocopancreaticoduodenale junction, since this information is needed in order to know and to appreciate at its true value the role of the respective components in complex providing of the functions of the digestive system at any age, as well as in the event of their various pathologies.en_US
