Abstract: The chronic medial otites still remains one of the most important and complicated problems in otorhinolaryngology. In Republic of Moldova approximately 2.78% of population suffers from this disease. The number of patient’s increases not only in cases of adult people but in minor’s too. The huge experience of University’s Clinic of otorhinolaringology, where every year 600-700 patients are cured from the disease mentioned earlier, their number constitute 42% from the total number of interned patients, this fact shows the gravity of chronic medial otites in our country. As an example of 103 patients we studied causes why “operated ear disease“ appears. We studied and understood that the illness is caused by the longness of the sickness, the volume of the mastoid cavity, technical mistakes in radical mastoidectomy, microflora. After our studies about operated ear we concluded that for stopping the illness one more operation should be made.
