dc.description.abstractDental tough body structures (enamel, dentin) behave as semi-permeable membranes capable of ion exchange providing a permanent exchange between oral fluid and dental pulp. Ion passages occurring in enamel allows substitution of ions in the crystal structure of hydroxyapatite, which may lead to changes in resistance of enamel in an acid environment. A number of factors interfere with intestinal absorption of calcium, such as the presence of large amounts of oxalate (spinach), phosphates and phytic acid in cereals or dietary fiber in the intestinal lumen.en_US
dc.description.abstractЖесткие структуры зубного органа (эмаль, дентин) ведут себя как полупроницаемые мембраны, которые обеспечивают обмен ионов между ротовой жидкостью и пульпой зуба. Ионные переходы, происходящие в эмали, делают возможной замену некоторых ионов в кристаллической структуре гидроксиапатита, что может привести к изменению стойкости эмали в кислой среде. Целый ряд факторов, таких как присутствие в просвете кишечника большого количества оксалатов, фосфатов, фитиновой кислоты зерновых, пищевых волокон, мешает кишечному поглощению кальция.
