dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study was to examine the effectiveness of ozonotherapy in eradicating H. pylori and its influence on histological structure of gastric and duodenal mucosa. 570 patients with H. pylori were examined and treated. All patients were treated in hospital. It was determined that the inclusion of ozonotherapy in the therapeutic complex of duodenal ulcer allows us to increase the efficiency by increasing the degree of eradication of H. pylori and the regenerative processes and, eventually, the scarring of ulcerous defect, diminishing the degree of inflammatory reaction of the mucosa, which leads to reduction of postulcerous sclerotic changes and scar expressivity.en_US
dc.description.abstractЦелью исследования было изучение эффективности эрадикации H. pylori озонотерапией и её влияние на гистологическую структуру слизистой оболочки желудка и двенадцатиперстной кишки. Обследовано 570 пациентов с H. pylori. Все пациенты лечились в стационаре. Было установлено, что включение озонотерапии в комплексное лечении язвы двенадцатиперстной кишки позволяет повысить эффективность лечения за счет повышения степени эрадикации H. Pylor, активации регенеративных процессов и уменьшения степени выраженности воспалительной реакции слизистой оболочки. И, как следствие, ускоряются сроки заживления язвенного дефекта, уменьшаются склеротические изменения и степень выраженности постязвенных рубцов.
