грань между обычным, в бытовом понятии, общением и общением профессиональным. Необходимость постоянного улучшения качественной
составляющей общения с больными обусловлено, в первую очередь, теми недостатками, которые продолжают иметь место в общении между
семейными медицинскими сестрами и больными. Взаимоотношения между медицинскими сестрами и пациентами регулируются, в конечном
