The aim of this retrospective study was to analyzethe resistance to antibiotics of the germs from the Enterobacteriaceae family implicated in urinary infections. The etiological spectrum of urinary tract infections was dominated by Escherichia coli species (62.69%), followed, with lower percentages, by Proteus spp., Klebsiella spp. and Enterobacter spp. All the isolated Enterobacteriaceae strains have presented different levels of resistance to antibiotics. The sensitivity to Imipenem and Meropenem was higher in all the analyzed bacterial genres.en_US
