Rolul factorilor de mediu în evoluţia bolilor inflamatorii intestinale

Abstract

In the article, the author examines the literature and the data about possible risk and protective factors in inflammatory bowel disease. As a potential or proven cause, specific environmental factors that influence the occurrence and evolution of ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease are discussed: area of residence, occupation, level of general hygiene, eating habits, smoking, past and concomitant diseases and others.

В данной статье автор анализирует литературные и собственные данные о возможных факторах риска и протекции при воспалительных заболеваниях кишечника. В качестве потенциальных или доказанных факторов внешней среды, оказывающих влияние на возникновение и течение язвенного колита и болезни Крона, рассматриваются: зона проживания, профессиональная деятельность, уровень общей гигиены, особенности питания, курение, перенесенные и сопутствующие заболевания и другие.
