| Abstract: | Summary. Calcium and phosphorus metabolism disturbancies cause multisystemic affection with great variability in clinical manifestation in different patients. Certain complications bear lethal risk and their development is difficult to prevent. In many cases the disease evolution is progredient being in the same time practically independent from the administered therapy. In such conditions medical management should be oriented on calcium and phosphorus metabolism disturbancies’ early prevention and their timely compensation. |
