This study focuses on assessing the activity of proteolytic enzymes in the urine of 40 children with nephrotic syndrome and glomerulonephritis at clinical
evolutional stages. Glomerulonephritis proteolytic enzyme activity may serve as an early diagnostic criteria for determining the severity of the disease,
topical pathology, the degree of damage to kidney tissue, evolution, associated complications and prognosis. | |
