Title: Tratamentul fluorozei dentare cu tehnici miniinvazive Authors: Buiuc, Elena; Uncuţa, Diana; Ivasiuc, Irina Abstract: Rezumat. În Republica Moldova, fluoroza reprezintă o problemă medico-socială majoră. Avem mai multe zone endemice, unde populaţia suferă de fluoroza dentară. Populaţia nu este informată referitor la această maladie, nu cunoaşte care sunt metodele de prevenire şi de tratament, suferind de probleme disfuncţionale, estetice şi de adaptare socială. Au fost studiate metodele miniinvazive de tratament a fluorozei dentare şi s-au aplicat în practică la pacienţi. S-a constatat că metodele miniinvazive de tratament sunt o soluţie bună în combaterea acestei patologii şi oferă pacienţilor o adaptare mai bună în societate.; Summary. In the Republic of Moldova, fluorosis is a major medical and social problem. We have several endemic areas, where the population suffers from dental fluorosis. The population is not informed about this disease, does not know what are the methods of prevention and treatment, suffering from dysfunctional, aesthetic and social adaptation problems. Minimally invasive methods of treating dental fluorosis have been studied and applied in practice to patients. It has been found that minimally invasive treatment methods are a good solution in combating this pathology and offer patients a better adaptation in society.

Patologiile orale sunt printre cele mai răspândite afecţiuni din lume. Cu toate acestea, nu afectează întreaga populaţie în aceiaşi măsură. Diferenţele fiind determinate fie de factori geografici, de locaţie, sau de factorii economico-sociali şi statutul social. Articolul are ca scop cercetarea mai îndeaproape a subiectului în cauză, analizând statutul social al 50 de pacienţi cu leziuni oro-maxilo-faciale, ce au fost trataţi în secţia de Chirurgie stomatologică din cadrul Întreprinderii Municipale Centrul Stomatologic Municipal Chişinău, pe parcursul anului 2020.; Summary. Oral pathologies are among the most common diseases in the world. However, they do not affect all members of the population to the same extent, with differences based on various geographical, social, and economic factors. This article has the aim of investigating this matter by analyzing the social status of 50 patients with OMF injuries, who were treated in the Department of Dental Surgery at the Dental Municipal Center in Chișinău, throughout the year of 2020.

Title: Augmentarea gingivală periimplantară cu grefă de ţesut conjunctiv prin tehnica „Two stage” Authors: Gafton, Adriana; Ursu, Olga Abstract: Rezumat. Augmentarea ţesuturilor moi prin intermediul grefelor gingivale autogene reprezintă o procedură des utilizată în implantologie şi chirurgia parodontală. Tehnica grefei de ţesut conjunctiv se referă la plasarea ţesutului conjunctiv sub un lambou cu grosime parţială, acesta având scopul de a induce formarea de ţesut keratinizat. Aceasta este indicată pacienţilor edentaţi parţial sau total pentru augmentarea zonelor cu absenţa sau reducerea înălţimii gingiei keratinizate, precum şi a spori volumul de ţesut moale. Diferenţele structurale dintre interfaţa implant/ţesut osos şi dinte natural/ţesut osos fac implanturile dentare mai susceptibile la dezvoltarea de procese inflamatorii şi pierdere osoasă. Din aceste considerente, intangibilitatea sigiliului în jurul implanturilor este unul dintre obiectivele primordiale în succesul acestuia pe o perioadă lungă de timp. Funcţia sigiliului peri-implantar este „menţinerea homeostaziei mediul intern ca răspuns la provocările din mediu extern”.; Summary. Soft tissue augmentation using autogenous gingival grafts is a procedure often used in implantology and periodontal surgery. The technique of connective tissue grafting refers to the placement of connective tissue under a flap of partial thickness, which aims to induce the formation of keratinized tissue. It is indicated for partially or totally edentulous patients to increase the areas with the absence or reduction of the height of the keratinized tissue, as well as to increase the volume of soft tissue. The structural differences between the implant / bone tissue interface and the natural tooth / bone tissue make dental implants more susceptible to the development of inflammatory processes and bone loss. For these reasons, the intangibility of the seal around the implants is one of the primary objectives in its success over a long period of time. The function of the peri–implant seal is to “maintain internal homeostasis in response to external environmental challenges.”
