Title: Профессиональные вредности и заболевания в работе врача стоматолога Authors: Николайчук, Валентина; Подлетка, Алина Abstract: Резюме Эта статья посвящена профессиональным рискам, связанных с работой врачей — стоматологов. Предлагается следующая классификация профессиональных рисков, состоящая из четырех групп. Первые две группы, определяются спецификой работы врачей — стоматологов (освещение, положение врача и пациента, работа с небольшими инструментами, стресс во время работы) и влиянием окружающего их оборудования (шум, вибрация, излучение). Минимизация влияния этих групп факторов на здоровье врачей — стоматологов, прямо зависит от соблюдения правил и методов работы, описанных в эргономике. Другие две группы профессиональных рисков, связанны с вредными выбросами материалов, используемых врачами, с запахами, возникающими в процессе работы, со всеми видами аллергенов, и вероятностью контакта врачей с инфицированными пациентами или вирусными носителями. Влияние этих групп факторов, чаще всего, связанно с соблюдением санитарных и гигиенических норм.; Rezumat Acest articol este dedicat riscurilor profesionale în activitatea medicilor — stomatologi. Este propusă o clasificare a riscurilor profesionale, care cuprinde patru grupe. Primele două grupe determinate de specificul de muncă a medicilor — stomatologi (iluminarea, poziția mediculuiși a pacientului, lucrul cu instrumente fine, stresul în timpul muncii) și influența echipamentului înconjurător (zgomot, vibrații, radiații). Minimizarea impactului asupra sănătății medicilor — stomatologi acestor grupe de factori este asociată cu respectarea condițiilor corecte și metodelor de lucru, descrise în ergonomie. Alte două grupe de riscuri profesionale asociate cu emisiile nocive ale materialelor folosite de medici, cu mirosuri survenite în timpul muncii, tot felul de alergeni, precum și probabilitatea contactului medicilor cu pacienții infectați sau purtătorilor de viruși. Impactul acestor grupe de factori, mai degrabă se referă la respectarea normelor de salubritate și igienă.; Summary This article is devoted to the occupational risks of doctors — dentists. A classification of occupational insalubrities is showed, it contains four groups. The first two groups are determined by the specific of doctors — dentists (light, position of the doctor and the patient, their postures, work with small tools, high nervous tension) and the influence of surrounding equipment (noise, vibration, radiation). Minimizing the impact on health of doctors — dentists these groups of factors are associated with the compliance of the right conditions and work methods, described in ergonomics. Two other groups of occupational risks are associated with the harmful emissions of materials used by doctors, smell arising in the course of work, all types of allergens, as well as the probability of contact of doctors with the infected patients or virus carriers. The impact of these groups of factors refers rather to the observance of the norms of sanitation and hygiene.
