Title: Stagiul clinic practic al studenţilor stomatologi de la finele trimestrelor VI şi VIII — factor important al managementului procesului pedagogic la catedra Stomatologie terapeutică a facultăţii de stomatologie a USMF „N.Testemiţanu“. Tot mai riguroase devin cerinţele faţă de stagiul practic, programat pentru studenţii stomatologi la finele trimestrelor VI şi VIII. Studenţii facultăţii de stomatologie a USMF „N.Testemiţanu“ capătă experienţa activităţii reale, organizatorice şi educaţionale, sarcinile principale ale stagiului practic fiind consolidarea cunoştinţelor teoretice şi manoperelor practice în diagnosticul şi tratamentul cariei, pulpitei, etc. La finalizarea stagiului practic la catedră se efectuează un colocviu diferenţiat, în cadrul căruia se evaluează îndeplinirea de către student a minimului practic. La sfârşit responsabilii pe stagiul practic de la catedra Stomatologie terapeutică transmit borderourile şi rezultatele colocviului diferenţiat decanatului pe practică, prezentând şi un raport la Consiliul ştiinţific al Facultăţii de stomatologie.; Summary The main aim of training of experts at Stomatologic faculty is irreproachable formation at them professional skills. All more strict become the requirements to practical training, provided for students of stomatologists by the end VI and VIII semester. Students of faculty of stomatology of Medical University „N.Testemiţanu“ get the experience of real, managerial and educational work, and the primary goals of practical training are fortification of theoretical knowledge and strengthening of practical skills in diagnostics and treatment of caries, pulpitis etc. On the practice termination on chair do the differentiated oral examination, on which estimate performance by the student of the practical minimum. Title: Применение программы «Dolphin-Imaging-11» для диагностики и планирования лечения зубочелюстно-лицевых аномалий Authors: Гасымова, Зиба; Гасымов, Орхан; Зейналов, Гусейн Abstract: Резюме Материалом для исследования послужили 276 пациентов с зубочелюстно-лицевыми аномалиями, из них 82 — мужского пола, 194 женского пола в возрасте от 5 до 45 лет. Лечение проводилось с применением съемной (78 человек) и несъемной ортодонтической техники (198 человек). Для точной диагностики и составления правильного плана лечения используется программа «Dolphin-Imaging-11». Применение программы «Dolphin-Imaging» дает возможность устанавливать предельно точный ортодонтический диагноз, составить более адекватный план лечения пациентов с различными зубочелюстными аномалиями, и в последующем получать положительные результаты лечения.; SUMMARY 276 patients with maxillary-facial anomalies were as a material for research, from them 82 — a male, 194 females at the age from 5 till 45 years have been examined. Title: Conexiunile dento-implantare: pro sau contra? Authors: Gumeniuc, Aureliu Abstract: Rezumat Studiul a fost efectuat prin analiza a 87 surse căutate online prin utilizarea bazei de date bibliografice PubMed — indexed for MEDLINE (U.S. National Library of Medicine — National Institutes of Health) şi metoda liberă de căutare, publicaţiile cuprinzând perioada din ianuarie 1985 până în decembrie 2010. Din 87 surse cu criterii de căutare incluse, numai 46 articole sau capitole mai relevante au fost selecţionate şi revizuite. Analiza datelor bibliografice demonstrează, că: 1. utilizarea conexiunilor dento-implantare nu dau complicaţii mai multe comparativ cu ancorările pur implantare; 2. RPI fixe cu ancorare mixtă sunt un remediu de tratament la fel de previzibil în timp ca şi RPI cu sprijin pur implantar; 3. unii autori chiar recomandă conexiunile dento-implantare, mai cu seamă pentru implantele de stadiul I cu încărcare funcţională imediată sau precoce.; Summary The study was conducted by analyzing 87 online searching sources, using the bibliographic database PubMed — indexed for MEDLINE (U.S. National Library of Medicine — National Institutes of Health) and free search method, the publications covering the period from January 1985 to December 2010. Out of 87 sources with search criteria included, only 46 relevant articles and chapters were selected and reviewed. Bibliographical data analysis shows that: 1. use of dental implant connections do not generate higher complications compared to anchoring implantation; 2. fixed Implant Prosthetic Replacement (IPR) with mixed anchor is a treatment remedy as predictable in time as the IPR with simple implant support is; 3. some authors even recommend dental implant connections, especially for one stage implants with immediate of early functional loading.
