Abstract: Globe artichoke plant Cynara scolymus L. was introduced in collection of the Center of&#xD;
Cultivation of Medicinal Plants of SMPU“Nicolae Testemiţanu” in 2002 year. The morphobiometrical&#xD;
evaluation of the globe artichoke plant was effectuated on more that 10 parameters.&#xD;
The high of plant, number and sizes of leaves are principle biometrical parameters, which&#xD;
determine the production of raw materials for pharmaceutical industry.&#xD;

Anghinaria cultivată Cynara scolymus L. a fost introdusă în colecţia Centrului de&#xD;
Cultivare al Plantelor Medicinale a USMF “Nicolae Testemiţanu” în anul 2002. Evaluarea&#xD;
morfo-biometrică a anghinariei cultivate a fost efectuată în baza a mai mult de 10 parametri.&#xD;
Înălţimea plantei, numărul etajelor foliare şi dimensiunile frunzelor sunt parametrii biometrici&#xD;
principali, care determină productivitatea plantei ca materie primă pentru industria farmaceutică.

Abstract: The collection of medicinal plants of the Centre of Medicinal Plants Cultivation of SMPU&#xD;
„Nicolae Testemitanu” were evaluated on the complex of botanical parameters&#xD;
(biomorphological type, period of vegetation, sistematic index, the proportion of local and&#xD;
alohtonic plants), pharmacognostical characteristics accoding the type of vegetal drug (herba,&#xD;
radices, rhizomata, bulbus, tuber, stipites, gemmae, flores, turiones, fructus, semina) and its&#xD;
chemical composition, pharmacological effects according to the therapeutical action on the&#xD;
principal organ systems and toxicological aspects based on the type of toxic organ and its&#xD;
chemical composition.&#xD;

Colecţia de plante medicinale a Centrului de Cultivare a Plantelor Medicnale a USMF&#xD;
„Nicolae Testemiţanu” s-a evaluat printr-un complex de indici botanici (tipul biomorforlogic,&#xD;
durata vieţii plantei, compoziţia floristică şi apartenenţa sistematică, ponderea PM autohtone şi a&#xD;
PM aloohtone, PM cultivate şi PM spontane din colecţie, categoria de rarietate a plantelor,&#xD;
farmacognostic după tipul produsului vegetal (herba, radices, rhizomata, bulbus, tuber, stipites,&#xD;
gemmae, flores, turiones, fructus, semina) şi compoziţia chimică a lor, farmacologic conform&#xD;
acţiunii terapeutice asupra principalelor sisteme de organe şi toxicologic după tipul organului&#xD;
toxic şi compoziţia chimică.

(25 R)-spirost-5-en-3 β, 27 - diol - 27- O - [(S)-3-hidroxi-3-metilglutaroil], (H) 3-O-[ β-Dglucopiranozil&#xD;
(1→4)]-O- β –D – glucopiranozida - (25R) – spirost -5-en-3 β, 27-diol-27-O-(3-&#xD;
hidroxi-3-metilglutaroil), (M) 3-O-[ α-L-ramnopiranozil (1→ 2)] – O – [ β-D-glucopiranozil (1&#xD;

    <summary type="text">Title: Studiul extracţiei flavonozidelor din specia Centaurea Cyanus L.

Abstract: Fluid extracts of aerial parts of C. cyanus L. have been analyzed for the first time. The&#xD;
optimal concentration of ethanol for flavonoids extaction (60%) has been determined.&#xD;
Qualitative comparative analysis of fluid extracts of Cyani herba and Cyani flores has been&#xD;
done using TLC.&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
Pentru prima dată s-au obţinut şi analizat extracte fluide din părţi aeriene de C. cyanus L.&#xD;
S-a determinat concentraţia alcoolului etilic (60%) care extrage maximum de flavonozide. S-a&#xD;
realizat analiza calitativă comparativă a flavonozidelor din extractele fluide de Cyani herba şi&#xD;
Cyani flores prin cromatografie în strat subţire.
