Authors: Lîsîi, Irina; Voloceai, Tatiana
Abstract: The study is based on the analysis of the use of therapeutic contact lenses, apllied to a
group of 14 pacients with corneal ulcer; the other group (12 pacients) received a traditional
treatment. It has been noted, that the use of therapeutic contact lenses shortened the period of
corneal epithelisation, protecting the cornea and assuring a better distribution of local medicines.

topice.
