Title: Aspecte epidemiologice ale diformităţilor coloanei vertebrale la copii în municipiul Chişinău Authors: Kusturova, Anna Abstract: Spine deformities in children represent an actual problem of the modern orthopedics. A primary orthopedic examination has been performed of 2140 of pupils in the schools of Chisinau city, aged 7-17, girls - 1067 (49,86%), boys – 1073 (50,14%). Children have been examined in 6 positions including Adams test and scoliometry. Incorrect posture has been found in 433 cases (20,23%): girls – 211 (48,73%), boys – 222 (51,27%). Scoliosis has been supposed in 96 (4,49%) cases and the spine X-rays have been indicated for diagnosis confirmation. Preliminary results of the school spinal screening have proved the actuality and importance of this study. Diformităţile coloanei vertebrale la copii reprezint o problemă actuală a ortopediei contemporane. A fost efectuată examinarea primară ortopedică a 2140 de elevi şcolilor şi liceilor mun.Chişinău, cu vârsta 7-17 ani: fete - 1067 (49,86%), băieţi – 1073 (50,14%). Elevii au fost examinaţi în 6 poziţii (inclusiv testul lui Adam) şi scoliometria. Dereglări de ţinuta au fost diagnosticate în 433 de cazuri (20,23%): fete – 211 (48,73%), băieţi – 222 (51,27%). La 96 (4,49%) elevi era presupusă scolioza şi a fost indicată radiografia coloanei vertebrale pentru confirmarea diagnozei. Rezultatele preliminare obţinute în urma screening-controlului pentru depistarea precoce a diformităţilor coloanei vertebrale la elevi ne-au dovedit actualitatea şi importanţa acestui studiu. Title: Tratamentul chirurgical al bolnavilor cu sechele cicatriciale postcombustionale în regiunea locomotorului Authors: Cirimpei, Octavian; Marin, Ion Abstract: The research includes a lot consisting of 286 patients with post-burn sequel in the locomotors system, undergoing various plastic surgery methods in the Clinical Hospital of Traumatology and Orthopedics. The study of the clinical manifestations of the post-combustion cicatrix in the locomotors system and of the efficiency of the surgical treatment depending on the scar localization was done in premiere in the Republic of Moldova. It is for the first time that the expanded tissues were exposed to additional polarized polychromatic incoherent light treatment, with histological and electronic microscopic research applied during the treatment. The problem discussed is the appreciation of the applicability of the surgical treatment of post-burn scars depending on the localization and the degree of manifestation as well as the benefit of complimentary phototherapy and its impact on the quality of the tissues expanded. The research brought sufficient supportive arguments and confirmations of the practical efficiency of the polarized polychromatic incoherent light therapy in comparison with traditional approach. Different principles of the surgical treatment were implemented in the practical activity thorough various plastic methods. Studiul a inclus 286 bolnavi cu sechele postcombustionale la locomotor, trataţi prin diverse procedee plastice în Spitalul Clinic de Traumatologie şi Ortopedie. Pentru prevenirea complicaţiilor postoperatorii, a fost elaborată o metodă de pregătire a tegumentelor pentru plastie ulterioară prin procedeul de dermotensie dirijată. Obiectivul de cercetare: estimarea rezultatelor tratamentului chirurgical al sechelelor cicatriciale postcombustionale în funcţie de localizare şi metoda operatorie aplicată. Au fost studiate manifestările cicatriciale postcombustionale la locomotor şi eficienţa tratamentului chirurgical în dependenţă de localizarea acestora. În premieră, ţesuturile expandate tradiţional au fost supuse tratamentului adjuvant cu lumină polarizată policromată incoerentă, apoi examinate histologic și prin microscopie electronică. Studiul a confirmat utilitatea şi prioritatea terapiei complementare cu lumină polarizată policromată incoerentă, comparativ cu metoda tradiţională. Title: Endoprotezările de genunchi în tratamentul gonartrozelor avansate Authors: Grama, Ana Abstract: The study presents data investigations and surgical treatment of 100 patients with advanced degenerative knee diseases by the method of total endoprothesis. The study group included 62 patients with grade III osteoarthritis (62%), and 38 patients (38%) with destructive process gr.IV, aged 43 to 78 years (21 men (21%) and 79 women (79%). 30 (30%) patients had undergone endoprothesiso the right knee joint arthroplasty, 36 patients (36%), left knee and 34 (34%)-bilateral.Results to distance, on average, 5 years, were studied in 36 (36%) patients and were rated as "good" in 32 patients and "satisfactory", in 4 patients. Studiul prezintă datele investigaţiilor şi tratamentului chirurgical a 100 de bolnavi cu maladii degenerative avansate ale genunchiului prin aplicarea metodei de endoprotezare totală. Lotul de studiu include 62 de bolnavi cu gonartroză de gradul III-(62 %),şi 38 de bolnavi (38%) cu proces distructiv gr.IV , cu vîrsta de la 43 la 78 de ani (21 bărbaţi (21%) şi 79 femei (79%).La 30 (30%) pacienţi li s-a efectuat endoprotezare prin artroplastie a articulaţiei genunchiului drept, la 36 de bolnavi (36%) –articulaţia genunchiului stîng,iar la 34 (34%) –bilateral.Rezultatele la distanţă,în mediu-5 ani, au fost studiate la 36 de (36%)de pacienţi şi au fost apreciate ca ”bune”la 32 de pacienţi ,iar ”satisfăcătoare”-la 4 pacienţi. Title: Aplicarea soluţiei enoxil în tratamentul pacienţilor cu leziuni termice tegumentare Authors: Taran, Anatolie; Sergiu, Cerlat; Nicoara, Arcadie Abstract: The efficiency of a water-based solution of Enoxil-5%, used in the treatment of cutaneous burn lesions was evaluated in a study based on the group of people with the age of 21-60. The research demonstrated a higher efficiency of water-based solution of Enoxil-5% in the treatment for Pseodomonas Aeruginosa and Staphylococcus Aureus in comparison with solution Betadin- 1%. Wounds remained sterile and the association with different cultures considerable decreased. In the conclusion, we can stipulate that application of complex antiseptic therapy is an efficacious method in the treatment of burn wounds. În studiu a fost evaluată eficacitatea soluției apoase Enoxil-5%, în tratamentul leziunilor termice cutanate la persoanele cu vîrsta 21-60 ani. Studiul a demonstrat o activitate antibacteriană mai înaltă a soluției apoase Enoxil-5% comparativ cu soluția Betadin-1%. În tratamentul combinat cu Pseudomonas Aeruginosa și Staphylococcus Aureus, cu prevalarea plăgilor sterile și diminuarea semnificativă a asocierilor mai multor culturi în plagă. Astfel, folosirea terapiei antiseptice complexe, este o metodă eficientă de tratament a plăgilor combustionale. În ultimii ani arsurile se situiaza printre cele mai frecvente și dificile probleme ale: chirurgilor, farmaciștilor, patomorfologilor, microbiologilor și biologilor. Expertiza clinică, precum și cercetările fiziopatologice de subtilitate, realizate în țară și în alte spații geografice, au direcționat gîndirea clinică în abordarea arsurilor pe mai multe făgașuri, care s-au dovedit fructuoase mai ales sub aspectul soluțiilor chirurgicale și nechirurgicale elaborate. Recunoașterea faptului, că restabilirea cît mai rapidă a tegumentului devitalizat la persoanele cu arsuri, este singura modalitate de prevenire a dereglărilor generale, în urma cărora organismul agresat poate evolua letal.
