Title: Direcţionarea intelectuală prin ascensiunea moralităţii Authors: Leancă, Viorica Abstract: During its evaluation the human being tried to reach the progress, the morality and the authenticity, but the incompatibility between people caused numerous problems, changing their primary value. The group of human existence is marked by a significant disorientation bewilder mend that refers to a simple ointment of the tendencies of accomplishing the material needs that are different from the real essence of the social life, in consequence, this kind of problem, becomes contradictory for the human life. The people’s future depends on the implementation of the intellectual factor in the society. This key-element, the intellect, must have priority, attention, moral and intellectual help, and, for achieving a cultural society, with high level intellectual qualities, we are in charge to do this. Omenirea pe parcursul dezvoltării sale a tins spre progres, moralitate şi autenticitate, însă incompatibilitatea lor a dus la numeroase probleme globale, denaturînd şi valoarea lor primară. În existenţa colectivă a fiinţei umane există o mare dezorientare ce ţine de o simplă adunare a tendinţelor de satisfacere a necesităţilor materiale ce diferă de conţinutul real al vieţii sociale şi în mare parte devine contradictorie vieţii omului pe Pămînt. Viitorul omenirii depinde de implementarea intelectului în societate. Acestei verigi-cheie trebuie să-i acordăm atenţie, ajutor, recompensă morală şi materială, dacă vrem să avem o societate cultă, cu calităţi intelectuale optime. In this article we plan to arrest about analysis the themes of reflection: How remember and, especialy how forget the groups from family to natioin and humanity in whole events which marked the past so present. Therefore, mentioned that the study of social memory must achieved with the instruments (the concepts, methods, theories) modern putting to the theory and the methodology of the current researches. Interpretarea prezentului este imposibilă fără înţelegerea trecutului, prezentul este imposibil fără trecut, iar analiza trecutului şi prezentului poziţiilor noastre de viaţă devine imposibil fără apelul la facultăţile memoriei sociale.În articolul de faţă am intenţionat să atragem atenţia asupra unei teme de reflecţie: cum îşi amintesc şi, mai ales, cum uită grupurile – de la familie la naţiune şi chiar omenirea în întregul ei – evenimentele care le-au marcat trecutul atît de prezent.Totodată, mentionînd că, studiul memoriei sociale trebuie realizat cu instrumentele (conceptele,metodele, teoriile) moderne puse la dispoziţie de teoria şi metodologia cercetărilor actuale. Title: Aspecte etice ale cercetării psihiatrice Authors: Paladi, Adriana; Gramma, Rodica Abstract: Psychiatric researches have of crucial importance in the decrease of the mental pathologies’ effects as well as for the eradication of mental disorder in itself. The involvement of human subjects in such researches arises unavoidably moral issues accounted in the great extend in international legal acts for following their solving. Nevertheless, same problems remain out of the scope of the international law. Two of them are: 1) lack of explicit definition of concept of “incompetence”, which by the way is very often invoked in legal context; and 2) lack of consensus concerning the threshold of risk acceptability in non-therapeutic research. Cercetările psihiatrice sînt de o importanţă covârşitoare pentru contracararea efectelor cît şi eradicarea în sine a patologiei mintale. Încadrarea fiinţelor umane în desfăşurarea acestor cercetări ridică multiple probleme de ordin moral care în cea mai mare parte a lor sînt contabilizate în acte legislative internaţionale, configurate cu scop final de soluţionare a lor. Unele dintre probleme, însă, rămân dincolo de limitele cadrului legal internaţional. Două dintre acestea sînt: 1) lipsa unei definiţii explicite a conceptului, dealtfel frecvent utilizat în actele normative menţionate, de „incompetenţă”; şi 2) lipsa de consens în ceea ce priveşte riscul minimal acceptat în cercetările psihiatrice ne terapeutice. The bioethics revising the perspective of activity and effective realization for biomedicine belong to the human future and her influence work on the socionatural system. In the article we present the new arguments vis-à-vis the biological ethic as the distinctive direction of the biomedical sphere in the socionatural system. Pornind de la convingerea că viaţa şi sănătatea omului sunt cele mai mari valori care există, iar starea de sănătate favorabilă a populaţiei este o condiţie esenţială pentru asigurarea securităţii oricărui proces de dezvoltare, preocuparea privind sănătatea publică a devenit o prioritate de bază şi permanentă. Bioetica dezvăluie perspectivele activităţii şi realizării efective a biomedicinii privind viitorul uman şi influenţei ei asupra sistemului socionatural. În articol venim cu noi argumente vizavi de etica biologică ca revelator distinctiv al sferei biomedicale în sistemul socionatural.
