Abstract: Summary. During last ten years the incidence of urethral strictures in urology departments from Moldova is 1- 2% of patients. In this time the surgical treatment remains one of controversial problems in treatment of urethral strictures. In this research were investigated 332 (1,8%) patients in department of urology from Republican Hospital during 7 years (1995-2001). Abstract: Summary. Our research of the last 10 years is based on the analysis of 152 cases of renal cysts. The paper aims to present the authors experience gained from the treatment of renal cysts with traditional and up-to-date methods. Authors propose a new algorithm for the treatment of renal cyst. The analyzing criterions of results were the following: rate of success, number of failures, complications and there solving way. Rate of success was 92%. Complications were noted in 7% of the cases.
