Abstract: In the experiments on rats the aspects of the izoturone and diazepam association&#xD;
interaction with hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) on the lipid metabolism level was studied. HBO (6&#xD;
ata 50 min) caused the increase of plasmatic concentration of total lipids, total phospholipids,&#xD;
total cholesterol, esterified cholesterol, fatty nonesterified acids, total lipoproteins, α+γ-&#xD;
lipoproteins, β-lipoproteins, cholesterol of lipoproteins. Association of the izoturone (20 mg/kg)&#xD;
and diazepam (5 mg/kg) in normobaric conditions provoked the decrease of the content of&#xD;
esterified cholesterol and the increase of total phospholipids. A complex metabolic interaction of&#xD;
the level of lipidic and lipoproteinic metabolism on the simultaneous prescription of izoturone&#xD;
and diazepam combination and HBO was revealed. In some of cases the association of izoturone&#xD;
and diazepam and HBO reciprocally normalized the modification of parameters of lipidic&#xD;
metabolism, in other pharmacological agents act similarly manifasting a tendency of effects&#xD;
accumulation.&#xD;

În experimente pe şobolani au fost studiate aspectele metabolice ale interacţiunii asocierii&#xD;
izoturon şi diazepam cu oxigenul hiperbaric (OHB) la nivelul metabolismului lipidic. OHB (6&#xD;
ata 50 min) a cauzat majorarea concentraţiei plasmatice de lipide totale, fosfolipide totale,&#xD;
colesterol total, colesterol esterificat, acizi graşi neesterificaţi, lipoproteine totale, α+γ-&#xD;
lipoproteine, β-lipoproteine, colesterol al lipoproteinelor. Asocierea izoturonului (20 mg/kg) şi&#xD;
diazepamului (5 mg/kg) în condiţii normobarice a micşorat concentraţia plasmatică de colesterol&#xD;
esterificat şi a majorat de fosfolipide totale. La administrarea concomitentă a asocierii&#xD;
izoturonului şi diazepamului cu OHB s-a observat o interacţiune complexă la nivelul&#xD;
metabolismului lipidic şi lipoproteic. În unele cazuri combinaţia şi OHB normalizează reciproc&#xD;
modificările indicilor metabolismului lipidic, în altele – agenţii farmacologici acţionează similar,&#xD;
manifestând tendinţă de acumulare a efectelor.

Abstract: Recent studies demonstrate that neurogenesis, the creation of new brain cells, occurs in&#xD;
the adult human. Many of these new neurons survive and integrate themselves into the working&#xD;
brain, suggesting the potential for a self-healing brain.&#xD;
Adult neurogenesis is an extremely dynamic process that is regulated in both a positive&#xD;
and negative manner by environmental, endocrine, and pharmacological stimuli. This indicates&#xD;
that neurogenesis is a form of neural plasticity that contributes to the ability of the brain to&#xD;
process, adapt, and respond to stimuli.&#xD;
 Antidepressants (SSRI and tricycles) opiates, benzodiazepines, psychostimulants, and&#xD;
other classes of drugs (antipsychotics, antiepileptics, analgesics) are known to have long-term&#xD;
effects that are mediated by alteration of synaptic plasticity. In addition to their properties,&#xD;
repeated use of these drugs can influence cognition, learning, and memory.&#xD;
The focus of this work is to briefly describe influence of different drugs on neural&#xD;
plasticity.&#xD;

&#xD;
&#xD;
&#xD;
Cercetări recente au constatat, că creierul are proprietăţi de recuperare funcţională în&#xD;
urma unei leziuni prin sinteza de noi celule nervoase şi formarea de noi conexiuni între neuroni&#xD;
- neurogeneza sau neuroplasticitatea.&#xD;
Exista dovezi că neurogeneza serveşte ca suport specific al memorării şi invăţării.&#xD;
Neuroplasticitatea este un process dinamic pe parcursul dezvoltării umane - de la stadiul de nounăscut&#xD;
până la batrâneţe şi poate fi influenţat de diferiţi factori endogeni şi exogeni.&#xD;
 Preparatele medicamentoase cu acţiune specifică asupra sistemului nervos central&#xD;
precum şi alte clase de medicamente (inhibitorii selectivi ai recaptării serotoninei,&#xD;
antidepresivele triciclice, opiidele, antipsihoticele, analgezicele, ş.a) pot influenţa pozitiv sau&#xD;
negativ plasticitatea cerebrală.&#xD;
Lucrarea este dedicată relatării influenţei unor preparate medicamentoase asupra&#xD;
neurogenezei.

Abstract: The product „Nucosan”  is walnut oil produced from local raw materials by cold pressing&#xD;
method. This product is rich in tocopherol, vitamins A, C, Zn and Cu minerals and participate in&#xD;
oxidation-reduction processes, is a powerful antioxidant that reduces free radical content. As a&#xD;
result, it increases resistance to radiation, removes radionuclides, protects the body from the&#xD;
action of carcinogenic substances.&#xD;

&#xD;
&#xD;
Produsul „Nucosan”este ulei din miez de nucă, obţinut din materia primă locală, prin&#xD;
metoda de presare la rece. Acest produs datorită conţinutului de tocoferol, vitamine A, C,&#xD;
minerale Zn şi Cu, participă la procesele de oxido-reducere fiind un antioxidant puternic care&#xD;
reduce conţinutul radicalilor liberi. În rezultat măresc rezistenţa organismului la iradiere, elimină&#xD;
radionuclizii, protejază organismul de acţiunea substanţelor cancerogene.
