Abstract: There was elaborated the TLC method of alprazolam identification by using of five&#xD;
develop systems, spectrophotometric method of quantitative determination for apprazolam in&#xD;
powder and tablets of 0.001 g were elaborated, as well as HPLC method was elaborated in order&#xD;
to determine the purity of substance.Using the analytical methods elaborated by us over the&#xD;
artificial biological test there was extracted alprazolam from biological liquids (blood plasma,&#xD;
urine). Having considered the elaborated methods as specific and reproductive they a&#xD;
rerecommended for the study of alprazolam in biological liquids.&#xD;

&#xD;
A fost elaborată metoda cromatografiei pe strat subţire de identificare a alprazolamului,&#xD;
utilizând 2 sisteme de solvenţi, metoda spectrofotometrică de dozare în pulbere şi comprimate&#xD;
0.001 g, precum şi metoda HPLC de identificare în pulbere. Aplicând metodele analitice&#xD;
elaborate de noi la probele biologice „in vitro” s-a efectuat extracţia alprazolamului din lichidele&#xD;
biologice. Dat fiind faptul, că metodele folosite sunt specifice şi reproductive ele se recomandă&#xD;
pentru studierea alprazolamului în lichidle biologice.

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to develop mouth dissolve tablets of Chlorpheniramine&#xD;
maleate. Tablets were prepared by direct compression. The tablets were evaluated for&#xD;
disintegration time and hardness test. In the investigation, a 32&#xD;
 full factorial design was used to&#xD;
investigate the joint influence of 2 formulation variables: amount of Croscarmellose sodium and&#xD;
Lactose. The results of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that for obtaining of a rapidly&#xD;
disintegration dosage form, tablets should be prepared using an optimum concentration of&#xD;
Lactose and higher percentage of Croscarmellose sodium.&#xD;

&#xD;
Au fost cercetate comprimatele orodispersabile cu maleat de clorfeniramină, preparate prin&#xD;
comprimare directă. A fost evaluat timpul de dezagregare şi rezistenţa mecanică. Pentru&#xD;
optimizarea formulării a fost folosit designul factorial deplin randomizat 32&#xD;
. Croscarmeloza&#xD;
sodică şi lactoza au fost selectate ca variabile independente.&#xD;
În rezultatul analizei multiple regresionale a fost relevat raportul optimal al cantităţilor de&#xD;
croscarmeloză şi lactoză care permit obţinerea valorilor scontate ale timpului de dezagregare şi&#xD;
al rezistenţei mecanice a comprimatelor cu dezagregare rapidă.

Abstract: There was elaborated optimum isolation and extraction conditions of amitriptiline from&#xD;
biological fluids. We used physico – chemical methods to identify amitriptiline: chromatography&#xD;
on a thin layer by utilizing four systems of solvents, spectrophotometrical method in UV,&#xD;
HPLC.The methods processed by us for in biological tests “in vitro” are specific and&#xD;
reproductive, and they are recommended for the study of amitriptiline in biological fluids.&#xD;

Au fost determinate condiţiile optime de izolare şi extragere a amitriptilinei din lichidele&#xD;
biologice Am aplicat metodele fizico-chimice de identificare a amitriptilinei: cromatografia pe&#xD;
strat subţire utilizând patru sisteme de solvenţi, metoda spectrofotometrică în UV, HPLC.&#xD;
Metodele prelucrate de noi pentru amitriptilină în probele biologice „in vitro” sunt specifice şi&#xD;
reproductive şi ele se recomandă pentru studierea amitriptilinei în lichidele biologice.

Abstract: We present a description of the biopharmaceutical aspects of Spirolactone use in&#xD;
children, analyzing their structural-molecular properties and the importance of these parameters&#xD;
in order to optimize the pharmacotherapy. Spironolactone pharmacokinetics in children and the&#xD;
necessity of elaboration of pharmaceutical forms for children in respective doses are presented.&#xD;

Este prezentat studiu privind aspectele biofarmaceutice ale utilizării Spirolonactonei la&#xD;
copii, analizând proprietăţile strucutural-moleculare şi importanţa acestor parametri în vederea&#xD;
optimizării farmacoterapiei. De asemenea este prezentată farmacocinetica Spirolonactonei la&#xD;
copii şi necesitatea elaborării formelor medicamentoase pentru copii în dozele respective.
