      <title>Морфогенез тазобедренного сустава в зародышевом и в начале предплодного периода онтогенеза человека</title>

Abstract: Abstract&#xD;
Background: The technical level of modern diagnostic and medical equipment and its wide application in medicine&#xD;
allowed in recent years to expand our knowledge on some issues of etiology and pathogenesis of a number of diseases of&#xD;
the musculoskeletal system, such as congenital dislocation of the hip and the femoral head osteochondropathy [1-4]. In&#xD;
adults, 30-40% of patients with arthritis of the hip joint are a consequence of not sufficiently treatment of childhood diseases such dysplastic hip as congenital dislocation of the hip and Perthes disease [5-12]. The literature on the development&#xD;
of hip contradictory. Based on this, we found it necessary to conduct a comprehensive study of the peculiarities of development and formation of the hip joint in infancy and early prefetal period of development.&#xD;
Material and methods: The study was conducted with morphological methods: making and microscopy 40 series&#xD;
of histological and topographo-anatomical slices macroscopy, normal and fine dissection controlled by microscope Carl&#xD;
Zeiss Primo Star, (studied 35 cadavers prefetuses), making and study of graphic reconstruction models and statistical&#xD;
processing digital data.&#xD;
Results: Limb buds in small protrusions on the sides of the embryo detected in embryos 5,0 mm PCL. In the embryos&#xD;
9,0 mm PCL lower limbs look like elongated small outgrowths. The rudiment of the hip joint for the first time is determined in embryos of 14,0 mm PCL. The articular cavity and the capsule of the hip joint can be traced a prefetuses 19,0-20,0&#xD;
mm PCL.&#xD;
Conclusions: 1. The uneven pace of morphogenesis of the hip joint at different stages of its development is a reflection&#xD;
of the general law, which is manifested in the uneven prenatal ontogenesis as a whole.&#xD;
2. Embryonic and early period of prefetal development are critical in the development and formation of the human&#xD;
hip joint and therefore at these stages of ontogenysis, even a minimal effect damaging agent, can lead to significant violations of the processes of organogenesis and the emergence of a variety of birth defects.

Background: Direct results any operative interference on stomach, including with use vagotomy, in multim are defined by frequency of the complications, typical of given type operative interference. The Purpose of the work was increasing&#xD;
to efficiency of the surgical treatment by wounds of the stomach by influence on nervous device of the stomach, promoting&#xD;
making the optimum conditions for healing by wounds.&#xD;
Material and methods: On 50 dead bodies of the adult people both flap studied anatomical particularities an paragastric celluloses of the person, experimental developed ways an paragastric infusion. The Approbation of the methods&#xD;
conducted on 186 rats to lines “Vistar” with model operative interference on stomach in three series experience. Used entering the solution of Novocain 0,25% in cellulose of the ligaments of the stomach and tela subserosa. Studied the current&#xD;
of the postoperative period, change the mass laboratory animal, condition is reeked stomach, degree of the development&#xD;
of the adhesive process in abdominal cavity.&#xD;
Results: The Differences of the current of the postoperative period beside checking and experienced animal. The&#xD;
Animals of the checking groups were more active, with more expressing reduction of the mass of the body and more slow&#xD;

death-rate for count of the making the conditions, preventing development festering-inflammatory processes and formation soldering.

Abstract: Abstract&#xD;
Background: The main form of the cell organization in a multicellular organism is the organ. Development of the&#xD;
body through the following stages: the formation of embryonic germ tissue differentiation, provisional and definitive&#xD;
organogenesis. According to researchers evolution tissue by means of a mechanism of divergence. In our opinion, this&#xD;
mechanism also applies to the organ level.&#xD;
Material and methods: We studied the morphogenesis of primary human kidney and poultry on 127 human embryos (12-23 Carnegie stage, 25-57 days after fertilization) and 30 human fetuses (9-12 weeks), which were obtained by&#xD;
abortion in women with informed consent, and 268 chicken embryos (cross Hybro PG +, age from 48 hours to 20 days). To&#xD;
study the healing process of the skin defect, we simulated the thermal and chemical burns 100 nonlinear white mice (males&#xD;
weighing 20-30 grams). Thermal burns 2 degrees produced by the apparatus “Tertsik” (own development), chemical burns&#xD;
made using 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene (rubbed into the skin of mice). All histological material was fixed in 10% formalin,&#xD;
embedded in paraffin. Histological sections stained with hematoxylin and eosin, using PAS-reaction by McManus. We also&#xD;
used immunohistochemical methods (detected Ki-67, CD3 +, CD1α). To speed up the healing of skin defects using the&#xD;
drug gel «Eykovit» (development of the Tyumen State Medical University).&#xD;
Results: identified stages of the life cycle of primary human kidney and birds, their different semantic and functional&#xD;
significance. Also identified and addressed two types of regeneration of the skin (dermal and skin). Details considered&#xD;
cellular migration flows.&#xD;
Conclusions: Divergence is one of the mechanisms of evolution and development of tissues and organs.
