      <title>Оценка риска здоровью при поступлении фталатов с молочными продуктами в полимерной упаковке</title>
      <link>http://repository.usmf.md:80/handle/20.500.12710/19369</link>
      <description>Title: Оценка риска здоровью при поступлении фталатов с молочными продуктами в полимерной упаковке
Authors: Бебых, Владимир; Сырку, Раиса; Лазакович, Дмитрий
Abstract: Задачи. Одним из наиболее распространенных видов молочной упаковки являются так называемые мягкие полиэтиленовые пакеты. Для&#xD;
производства такого полимерного упаковочного материала широко используются в качестве пластификаторов фталаты. Имеются много-&#xD;
численные данные о миграции фталатов из такой тары в окружающую среду, в том числе в пищевые продукты и сырье. При поступлении&#xD;
фталатов в организм они влияют на гормональную, репродуктивную и респираторную системы. Фталаты также могут участвовать в про-&#xD;
цессах канцерогенеза. Фталаты относятся к веществам, наносящим вред эндокринной системе («эндокринные разрушители», Endocrine&#xD;
Disruptors). Молочные продукты, упакованные в мягкие полиэтиленовые пакеты и тетра-паки, широко представлены на потребительском&#xD;
рынке Молдовы. В связи с этим цель исследования состояла в определении концентрации фталатов в молочной продукции, упакованной&#xD;
в полимерную тару, и в проведении оценки риска для здоровья потребителей.&#xD;
Материалы и методы. Методом хромато-масс-спектрометрии был исследован ряд образцов молочных продуктов (молоко и кефир),&#xD;
представленных в торговой сети Кишинева, на предмет содержания в них фталатов. Извлечение фталатов из исследуемого образца прово-&#xD;
дили методом экстракции жидкости жидкостью (фракционированием), с последующим количественным определением.&#xD;
Результаты. Среднее значение обнаруженных концентрации фталатов варьирует от 0,02 мг/л (дибутилфталат в пробах кефира и молока)&#xD;
до 1,04 мг/л (бис(2-этилгексилфталат в пробах молока).&#xD;
Выводы. Оценка риска здоровью человека при употреблении исследованной молочной продукции, упакованной в полиэтиленовые&#xD;
пакеты, показала, что концентрации обнаруженных фталатов не превышают величины суточного их потребления и референтной дозы&#xD;
фталатов при хроническом пероральном поступлении.; Objectives. One of the most common types of milk packaging is the so-called soft plastic bags. Phthalates are widely used as plasticizers in the&#xD;
production of this type of polymeric packaging material. There is data on the migration of phthalates from food containers into the environment,&#xD;
including food and raw materials. When phthalates enter the body, they affect the hormonal, reproductive and respiratory systems, they also can&#xD;
participate in the processes of carcinogenesis. Phthalates are classified as endocrine disruptors. Dairy products packed in soft plastic bags and tetrapacks&#xD;
are widely represented in the consumer market of Moldova. In this regard, the purpose of the study was to determine the concentration of&#xD;
phthalates in dairy products packaged in polymer containers and to assess the health risk for consumers.&#xD;
Materials and methods. The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was used to study the presence of phthalates in samples of dairy&#xD;
products (milk and kefir) carried in the Chișinău markets and grocery stores. The extraction of phthalates from the test sample was carried out by&#xD;
liquid-liquid extraction (fractionation), followed by quantitative determination.&#xD;
Results. The average concentration of phthalates varies from 0.02 mg/L (dibutyl phthalate in kefir and milk samples) to 1.04 mg/L (bis (2-ethylhexyl&#xD;
phthalate in milk samples).&#xD;
Conclusions. The assessment of the risk to human health when consuming the studied dairy products packed in plastic bags showed that the&#xD;
concentrations of the detected phthalates do not exceed their daily consumption and the reference dose of phthalates for chronic oral intake.

      <description>Title: Epidural stimulation gives paralyzed patients hopes for a better life
Authors: Latollari, Elda; Braimllari, Fabion
Abstract: Introduction. Spinal cord injury is a damage to spinal cord caused by trauma or diseases. Nerve damages cause loss of function, such as mobility&#xD;
and/or feeling. Rehabilitation consists of exercises, therapeutic methods, and modalities, but none of them returns lost functions.&#xD;
Method. This study is a meta-analysis, literature review of 10 randomized control trails of the last 20 years. All studies have a major focus on the use&#xD;
of electrical stimulation in patients with spinal cord injury. The methodology of studies varies in randomized trails, including 174 patients. Data are&#xD;
extracted from 4 medical data bases. The evaluation is realized with the PED-ro scale. On the other hand we took in consideration 17 case reports&#xD;
diagnosed with spinal cord injury (level C5-C6-C7 and T5-T6 and T7) who received implantation of epidural stimulation device. Device Mapping and&#xD;
therapy were carried out after surgery for 35 days, then patients were discharged.&#xD;
Results. The literature used in this study claimed that electrical stimulation is effective in improving of muscular function, spasticity, and&#xD;
independence in daily living activities. According to PED-ro 3 studies (30%) have 3 points 2 studies, respectively 20%, have medium level 4-6 points&#xD;
and 5 studies (50%) have high level with 7-10 points. On the other hand, 17 people in clinical trial, treated with epidural stimulation, achieved big&#xD;
improvements in balance, coordination, and muscle mass, while bladder and bowel control are not improved.&#xD;
Conclusion. We conclude that epidural stimulation is the best solution for spinal cord injuries.

      <link>http://repository.usmf.md:80/handle/20.500.12710/19367</link>
      <description>Title: Influența maladiilor generale asupra rezultatelor reconstrucției crestei alveolare. Review literar
Authors: Ghețiu, Alexandru
Abstract: Obiective. În acest articol am avut ca obiectiv analiza maladiilor generale care pot influența rezultatele reconstrucției crestei alveolare în pregătirea&#xD;
preimplantară.&#xD;
Material și metode. În studiu au fost incluse 45 de articole: 5 dintre ele au fost de tip review sistematic, 7 de tip meta-analiză, 13 studii clinice, 11&#xD;
studii clinice randomizate și 9 de tip review. Aceste articole au fost selectate de pe platforma PubMed și IBN.&#xD;
Rezultate. Conform cuvintelor cheie precăutate, s-au obținut următoarele informații: impactul maladiilor asupra rezultatelor creșterii crestei&#xD;
alveolare a fost întâlnită în 93% din studii, fiecare prezentând o rată între 10-15% a influenței. Dintre acestea, 16 publicații au relatat despre&#xD;
influența patologiilor cardio-vasculare, 8 publicații – despre impactul diabetului zaharat asupra reconstrucției de creastă alveolară, 8 articole&#xD;
– despre influența osteoporozei și a tratamentului cu bisfosfonați, 5 articole au prezentat date despre influența administrării pe termen lung a&#xD;
corticosteroizilor asupra reconstrucției de creastă și 8 articole – despre alte patologii și stări generale.&#xD;
Concluzii. Analiza studiilor asupra influenței maladiilor generale în cadrul reconstrucțiilor osoase de creastă alveolară a evidențiat multitudinea&#xD;
variabilelor și parametrilor ce pot avea impact asupra vindecării în operațiile de reconstrucție a crestei alveolare. Studiul aprofundat al terenului&#xD;
pacientului, comunicarea interdisciplinară, managementul patologiei asociate, cât și complianța pacientului, pot duce la scăderea riscurilor asociate&#xD;
acestor tipuri de intervenții.; Objectives. In this article we aimed to analyze the general diseases that can influence the results of the reconstruction of the alveolar ridge in&#xD;
preimplantation preparation.&#xD;
Material and methods. The study included 45 articles: 5 of them were of systematic review type, 7 of meta-analysis type, 13 clinical trials, 11&#xD;
randomized clinical trials and 9 of review type. These articles were selected from the PubMed and IBN platform.&#xD;
Results. According to the selected keywords, the following information was obtained: the impact of the diseases on the results of the growth of the&#xD;
alveolar ridge was found in 93% of the studies, each presenting a rate between 10-15% of the influence. Of these, 16 publications reported about&#xD;
the influence of cardiovascular pathologies, 8 publications – about the impact of diabetes on alveolar ridge reconstruction, 8 articles – about the&#xD;
influence of osteoporosis and bisphosphonate treatment, 5 articles presented data about the influence of long-term administration of corticosteroids&#xD;
on ridge reconstruction and 8 articles – about other pathologies and general conditions.&#xD;
