În materialul ce urmează este prezentată sinteza a 20 cazuri de deformaţii a scheletului craniofacial la copii trataţi în secţia de neurologie. La fel sunt prezentate metodele de tratament precum şi ameliorările care au fost observate după 4 luni de tratament terapeutic.; Summary A dramatic rise in pozitional plagiocephaly has been noted over the last decade. We prezent 20 infants with pozitional plagiocephaly that were treating with deferant neurological deseases in neurological department. Treatment recommendation include passive helmet molding therapy. Improvement in head shape was noted after a 4 months of therapy. This method of passive soft shell helmet is an afforable and clinically effective tool to tread pozitional plagiocephaly. Trtamentul local în forma chestionabilă s‑a limitat la procedura de microabraziune cu Opalustre (Ultradent products, inc, SUA). În forma foarte slabă şi slabă procedura de microabraziune a fost combinată cu metoda de al‑ bire vitală la domiciliu cu sistemul Opalescense Whitening System (Ultradent products, inc, USA), forma de prezentare — gel 10,15,20 %.; Summary The treatment of dental fluorosis is determined by its form. General treat‑ ment included antioxidant vitamine A,E,C and Calcium Gluconate with D3 vitamin. Local treatment in insipient stage was limited at microabrasion pro‑ cedure by Opalustre (Ultradent products inc, USA). In medium stage proce‑ dure of microabrasion was combined with vital whitening home method by Opalescense Whitening System (Ultradent products, inc, USA) in 10,15 and 20% gel.
