It was not found in laboratory animals and can be considered as a new phylogenetic organ, whose functional peculiarities are not known yet. Organul Giraldes reprezintă o formaţiune stabilă, constituită dintr-un sistem de canalicule contorte şi vezicule ce posedă un sistem vascular glomerular bine dezvoltat, care formează anastomoze cu vasele celorlalte componente ale complexului funiculotesticular (CFT). El nu se depistează la animalele de laborator şi poate fi considerat ca organ filogenetic nou, particularităţile funcţionale ale căruia sunt încă neclare. Based on obtained results, we can conclude that CD68 positive macrophage density increases gradually as cervical neoplasia progresses reaching the highest value in the squamous cell invasive carcinoma stage. CD68 positive macrophages are ubiquitos in the neoplasic epithelium, where they present different size and frequently may be multinucleated. In acest studiu prezentăm densitatea, distribuția și particularitățile morfologice ale macrofagelor CD68 pozitive în cadrul progresiei neoplaziei de cervix uterin. În baza rezultatelor obţinute, putem concluziona că densitatea macrofagelor CD68 pozitive sporeşte pe măsura progresiei neoplaziei de col uterin, atingând valori maxime în cazurile cu carcinoame scuamocelulare franc invazive. Macrofagele CD68 pozitive sunt omniprezente în epiteliul neoplazic, unde au dimensiuni mai mari şi pot fi multinucleate. A study was undertaken to identify peculiarities of topography of these nerves related to the type of the human body constitution with applied clinical significance. Variability of both nerves traject, of insertion of the arterial ligament to aorta, as the existence of supernumerary trunk of the left recurrent nerve and thoracic duct lymph were detected. Autorul abordează un subiect ce are o anumită importanţă în chirurgia mediastinului: localizările şi corelaţiile nervului vag şi ale celui laringean recurent stângi, cu referire la mediastinului superior, la nivelul arcului aortic. Acest studio a fost realizat pentru identifica particularităţile anatomotopografice individuale şi de tip constituţional ale corpului uman, ce au un rol clinic aplicat. A fost depistată atât variabilitatea traiectului nervilor, a inserţiei ligamentului aortal, cât şi existenţa a trunchiurilor supranumerare ale nervului recurent stâng şi a ductului limfatic toracic. The current study traced out that some of the mandibles had accessory mandibular and mental foramina. Variabilitatea canalului mandibular, orificiului mandibular şi mental Studiul de faţă elucidează variabilitatea canalului mandibular, poziţia relativă a orificiilor lui mandibular şi mental, evaluează datele de morfometria a acestora şi demonstrează raporturile lor cu diverse puncte de reper ale mandibulei la adulţi.
