Experienţa noastră în tratamentul bolnavilor cu fracturi multiple ale aparatului locomotor

Abstract

Articolul prezintă experienţa autorilor în tratamentul chirurgical al unui lot de 130 de bolnavi cu polifracturi. Tratamentul de corecţie preoperator şi evaluarea corectă a indicaţiilor pentru tratamentul a permis efectuarea intervenţiilor chirurgicale în termeni optimali. Utilizarea procedeelor de osteosinteză stabilă a fracturilor intra-şi paraarticulare a permis recuperarea precoce a funcţiei membrelor afectate şi consolidarea osoasă în termeni optimali. Utilizarea procedeelor de osteosinteză combinată şi centromedulară zăvorâtă a minimalizat atât agresiunea chirurgicală cât şi probabilitatea apariţiei complicaţiilor.

The article presents the autors’s experience in the surgical treatment of 130 patients with polifractures. Preoperative corrective treatment and precise assessment of the indications for surgical treatment allowed the surgical procedures to be performed in optimal terms. Utilization of the stabile osteosynthesis procedures of the intra-and paraarticular fractures allowed a earlier recovery of the injured limb functions and consolidation in optimal terms. Utilization of the combined and centromedular locked osteosynthesis techniques minimized both the surgical aggressiveness and development of complications.
