Măsuri nonfarmacologice în tratamentul febrei la copii

Abstract

The non-pharmacological measures to control fever in children, even though still face differences of opinion on their use in children, may be use exclusively or simultaneously with pharmacological measures (antipyretics). The objectives are those of changing the environmental and corporeal temperature (by applying compresses, wraps or using hypothermic baths), counteracting the hypercatabolism (using hypercaloric diet) and avoidance of dehydration (counteracting insensible perspiration).

Нефармакологические меры лечения лихорадки у детей, хотя испытывают разногласие ученых, могут быть использованы отдельно или одновременно с фармакологическими мерами (жаропонижающие). Цели: изменение температуры окружающей среды и тела (применяя компрессы или обертывания, жаропонижающие ванны), подавление гиперкатаболисма и избегание обезвоживания.
