dc.description.abstract | A balanced nourishment is essential in the growth/development
of teenagers and especially in maintaining their
sports performance. The study was done on a group of 94
teenagers from Sports High school, Iasi in the 9th, 10th and
11th grade. These teenagers were given a questionnaire of
weekly frequency of food intake. The dominant milk intake
is 2-3 times a week (35,10%), the calculated differences
on classes being statistically insignifi cant (p>0,05, Gl – 6,
χ² – 6,811). Chicken is present in their menus especially
2-3 times (42,55%) or 4-7 times (41,48%), the calculated
differences being statistically insignifi cant, too (p>0,05,
Gl – 6, χ² – 7,733). Potatoes are present in students’ menus
2-3 times (45,74%) or 4-7 times (35,10%), the calculated
differences being statistically insignifi cant, too (p>0,05,
Gl – 6, χ² – 2,534). To the questioned students there is no
change of food habits on classes, which is worrying because
supporting an athletic performance require adapting nourishment

dc.description.abstract | Сбалансированное питание является важным фактором для роста и развития молодых людей, особенно
для достижения и поддержания спортивных успехов.
В данном исследовании вошли 94 ученика IX, X и XI
классов Лицея со спортивной программой города Яссы.
Все эти подростки были опрошены, используя анкету
недельного потребления продуктов питания. Группа
молока и молочных продуктов потреблялась 2–3 раза
в неделю (35,10%), при этом рассчитанные разницы
по классам были статистически несущественными
(p>0,05, Gl – 6, χ² – 6,811). Куриное мясо было включено
в меню чаще 2–3 раза в неделю (42,55%), но и 4–7 раз
(41,48%), статистическая разница также будучи несущественной (p>0,05, Gl – 6, χ² – 7,733). Картофель
оказался в меню 2–3 раза в неделю (45,74%) или 4–7
раз (35,10%), статистические разницы также будучи
несущественными (p>0,05, Gl – 6, χ² – 2,534). У опрошенных учеников не появляются какие-либо изменения пищевых привычек, зависящих от класса обучения,
факт тревожный, поскольку для достижения и поддержания спортивных успехов необходима адаптация
питания к потребностям организма. | ru |
