Politraumatismele: concepţii şi noţiuni

Abstract

Bazându-se pe datele recente din literatură, autorii trec în revistă unele concepţii şi noţiuni referitoare politraumatismelor. În referat sunt elucidate problemele privind interpretarea variată a noţiunii „leziune”, care necesită nu numai crearea unui sistem unic de apreciere a gravităţii traumatismului, ci şi definirea „traumatismului asociat”. Autorii prezintă diverse clasificări ale politraumatismelor conform principiilor clinico-anatomice, precum şi a perioadelor evolutive ale bolii traumatice etc. Aceste repere pun în evidenţă problemele în diagnosticul leziunilor şi elaborarea tacticii medico-chirurgicale optimale în tratamentul bolnavilor cu ploitraumatisme.

The authors present the literature review the up-to-date concept and definitions of polytrauma. The interpretation of “injury” definition is discussed, fact that requires a unique system of injury severity appreciation, as well as the definition of “associated trauma”. The authors present different classifications of polytrauma according to the clinical and anatomical principles, as well as the trauma evolution periods. These data highlight the injury diagnostic difficulties and the optimal treatment tactics in polytrauma patients.
