Managementul chirurgical în urgenţă al defectelor tegumentare ale mîinii

Abstract

The surgical primary plasty /reconstruction of soft tissue defects of the hand and fingers in 1289 patients was performed from 1991 till 2009 at the Republican Center of Microsurgery from Chisinau, Moldova. We developed different plastic approaches in the tissue defect covering, taking into account the nature of injury and sizes of formed tissue defects. All types of performed plastic operations are described. Authors analyze outcomes and occured complications. Comparative features of reconstruction methods of the hand and fingers tissue defects are presented.

Plastia chirurgicală primară a defectelor tegumentare ale mâinii şi degetelor s-a efectuat în cadrul Centrului Republican de Microchirurgie pe parcursul anilor 1991-2009 la 1289 pacienţi. Am evaluat diferite procedee plastice în acoperirea defectelor tegumentare, luând în consideraţie caracterul traumatismului şi dimensiunile defectelor tegumentare obţinute. Sunt descrise toate tipurile de procedee plastice aplicate. La fel, comparativ sunt prezentate particularităţile metodelor tehnice de reconstrucţie a defectelor tegumentare ale mâinii.
