dc.description.abstractMulte medicamente folosite în tratamentul maladiilor non-tiroidiene sunt cunoscute a afecta fucţiile glandei tiroide. Preparatele pot cauza disfuncţii tiroidiene prin diferite mecanisme: implicarea în reglarea axei hormonale; alterarea sintezei şi secreţiei hormonilor tiroidieni; modificarea metabolismului hormonilor la periferie; afectarea absorbţiei, cuplării, transportului şi metabolismului, interacţiunea cu efectele farmacodinamice ale hormonilor tiroidieni; efect citotoxic direct asupra glandei tiroidie, interacţiuni medicamentoase.en_US
dc.description.abstractSeveral drugs used in the treatment of non-thyroidal conditions have been shown to affect thyroid function. Drugs can cause thyroid disfunction via different mechanisms, including: changes in the regulation of the hormonal axis, alteration of thyroid hormone synthesis and secretion, changes in the peripheral metabolism of thyroid hormones, affect thyroid hormone absorption, binding, transport and metabolism, interaction of the pharmacodynamics hormonal effects, direct cytotoxice effects of drugs of thyroid gland, thyroid-drug interactions.
