Importanţa instruirii medicilor de familie în domeniul igienei

Abstract

În acest articol este argumentată necesitatea pregătirii mai aprofundate a medicilor de familie în diverse domenii ale igienei pe parcursul pregătirii postuniversitare prin rezidenţiat. În studiu sunt elucidate aspectele principale ale programului de studii la disciplina Igienă pentru rezidenţii specialităţii „Medicina de familie”. Pe parcursul expunerii materialului sunt evidenţiate măsurile igienice şi de promovare a sănătăţii, care se impun în activitatea profesională a medicului de familie.

It is argued the need for more in-depth training of the family doctors in various areas of hygiene during post-graduate training through residency. In the article there are elucidated the main aspects of the program of hygiene studies for the residents of specialty “Family medicine”. During exposing of material there were highlighted the hygienic and health promotion measures, which are imposed in the professional activity of the family doctor.

Аргументирована необходимость всесторонней подготовки семейного врача по различным вопросам гигиены, особенно в период последипломного образования в резидентуре. В работе освещены главные составные части учебной программы по гигиене для резидентов по специальности „Семейная медицина”. По мере изложения материала сделан акцент на гигиенические мероприятия и на пропаганде здорового образа жизни, которые должны занимать особое место в деятельности семейного врача.
