Formarea pre- și postuniversitară în domeniul ftiziopneumologiei: situaţia actuală

Abstract

Nowadays, the up-to-date society requires high level of health services and medical care. And the requirements towards medical diagnostics, especially through medical conditions insurance, increase constantly. Thereat, strengthening the professional staff's potential and the innovative ways in Phtysiopneumology study development are very important and up-to-date. The aim: To determine tuberculosis' (TB) place and show the professional staff 's training peculiarities in Phthysipneumology in modernizing healthcare and education reform in the Republic of Moldova. The focus is on the Department of Pneumophtysiology of the State University of Medicine and Pharmacy ,,Nicolae Testemitanu". In the article it is presented the TB epidemiology nowadays and it's analysis. Well shown are the questions related to the staff 's pre- and postgraduate training, in preparing students in ,,Phtysiopulmonology", area ,,Tuberculosis". It is shown that the professional staff 's study is being performed according to the international and national strategies in combating tuberculosis, to medical sciences, and respecting the Ministry of Health recommendations. The aim of the Department of ,,Pneumophtysiology" remains to be the medical staff development and it's optimization in combating tuberculosis.

В настоящее время в современном обществе предъявляются высокие требования к качеству медицинской помощи. А требования к врачебному диагнозу, особенно в условиях страховой медицины, постоянно возрастают. В связи с чем, укрепление профессионального кадрового потенциала, проблемы и инновационные пути развития фтизиопульмонологического образования весьма значимый актуальны. Цель исследования - обозначить бремя туберкулеза (ТБ) и показать особенности подготовки специалистов по фтизиопульмонологии в условиях модернизации здравоохранения и реформ образования в Республике Молдова. Объектом исследования явилась кафедра Пневмофтизиологии Государственного университета медицины и фармации "Н. Тестемицану". В данной статье представлена эпидемиология современного ТБи её оценка. Освещен круг вопросов, связанных с до- и последипломной подготовкой студентов и специалистов по дисциплине "Фтизиопульмонология", раздел "Туберкулез". Показано, что профессиональное обучение кадров проводится в свете Международных и Национальных Стратегий борьбы с ТБ, государственных заданий и образовательных платформ медицинской науки и Министерства здравоохранения страны. Развитие кадровых ресурсов и его оптимизация в сфере борьбы с ТБ остается главной задачей кафедры "Пневмофтизиология".
