dc.description.abstract | Abstract
Background: The hemodynamics of each organ is determined not only by special peculiarities of the wall of blood
vessels and their pressure but also by extravascular formations as well different elements of paravasal tissue. Protection
and decreasing level of injuring of these structures, in surgical interventions, follow to better and ideal regeneration of the
nearby tissues.
Material and methods: There were examined 65 total anatomical samples of the human funiculotesticular complex
(FTC) in different stages of ontogenesis. There were next procedures used for putting in evidence and macromicroscopically investigate the paravascular elements: method of staining by Schiff reactive, Gomori and Karnovsky-Ruts methods.
Results: The research of the total anatomical samples prove the presence in the FTC of different paravasal formations,
which are divided in next groups: a) anchoring filaments which start from capsule of the fat lobules; b) fibrous cords that
looks as staples, that connect blood vessels to internal surface of the tunica albuginea; formations which have connected
to convex surface of the vascular curvatures; fibrous cord starts from venous wall into surrounding tissue and fascia of
cremasteric muscles. Intratesticular vessels are hooked to internal surface of tunica albuginea by singular fascicules of dens
connective tissue, which protect the spermatogenesis in seminiforous canaliculi aganset negative influence of the variation
of arterial blood pressure.
Conclusions: The diversity of the paravascular formations maintains the organic integrity of all elements of FTC,
keep open the lumen of pampiniform plexus veins, facilitating the blood flow through them.
