| dc.description.abstract | The study looks at using luminescent-histochemical methods and general histologic examination of the morphology of the
thymus in rats, against the development of the colon adenocarcinoma induced by 1.2-dimethylhydrazine, 30, 60, 90 and 120
days after the end of injection. The administration of a carcinogen in rats led to the formation the thymus's accidental involution.
Используя люминисцентно-гистохимический метод и общие гистологические исследования, была изучена морфология вилочковой железы у крыс с экспирементальной моделью аденокарциомы, вызванной 1,2-диметилгидразином
на 30, 60, 90 и 120 день после окончания иньекции. Назначение карциногена крысам приводит к акцидентальной
