Dereglările hormonale la minorele cu tumori ale glandelor mamare

Abstract

Studiul dat pune în vizor una din problemele actuale a sănătăţii minorelor, şi anume incidenţa în creştere a tumorilor glandelor mamare la acest grup de pacienţi pe fundal specific de dereglări endocrine şi metabolice (1,5). Bolile autoimune, inclusiv tiroidita, diabetul zaharat, obezitatea, sunt principalele cauze de ordin medical care stau la baza dezechilibrelor hormonale (2,3). În studiu sunt prezentate datele Clinicii Mamologie şi Pediatrie Oncologică din Institutul Oncologic şi USMF «N. Testemițeanu» în perioada anilor 2012 - 2013. Autorul atenţionează necesitatea desfăşurării unui studiu mai amplu în direcţia dată pentru a minimaliza în viitor efectele nocive ale dishormonozelor, ce reduc în mod semnificativ potențialul reproductiv a minorelor ca viitoare mame.

Hormonal disorders in girls with mammary gland tumors. This study put the viewfinder one of the urgent problems of health minors, namely rising incidence of mammary gland tumors in this group of patients the specific background of endocrine and metabolic disorders. Autoimmune diseases, diabetes and obesity are the leading causes of medical notes underlying hormonal imbalances. The paper presents the scientific data from Pediatric Oncology Clinic and Mammology Clinic based on Institute of Oncology and USMF “N.Testemiţanu” for the years 2012-2013. The author cautions the need to conduct a larger study in this direction in the future to minimize the harmful effects of hormonal disorders that significantly reduce the reproductive potential of underage mothers.
