dc.description.abstractBackground. The aim of this study was evaluation of capability to physically work in patients with chronic obstructive lung, adapted for their daily work activity. Material and methods. This complex study of cardiovascular and respiratory systems was realized in 45 patients (mean age 55,62±1,2 years) with moderate to severe forms of obstructive lung disease with application of dosed physical effort (cycloergometry). Results. There were demonstrated that capacity to work was preserved in 31,1% of patients, which were able to continue personal activity. At the same time, 31,1% of patients were considered disabled, 37,8% of patients manifested vital activity limitation and they required social protection. Conclusions. Chronic obstructive lung disease leads to the modification of life quality, early loss of capacity to work. Chronic obstructive lung disease becomes one of main factors of capacity to physically work restriction and patients disability.en_US
dc.description.abstractЦель исследования: изучить взаимосвязь между физической работоспособностью больных хронической обструктивной болезнью легких (ХОБЛ) и уровнем энергетических затрат, необходимых для выполнения их профессиональной деятельности. Материалы и методы: комплексное обследование кардио-респираторной системы 45 пациентов ХОБЛ (средний возраст 55,62±1,2 лет) с включением дозированной физической нагрузкой (велоэргометрии). Результаты. На момент обследования способность к выполняемой работе была сохранена у 31,1% пациентов, они продолжали свою профессиональную деятельность в обычных производственных условиях, группа инвалидности была определена у 31,1% пациентов; у 37,8% больных ограничение жизнедеятельности привело к необходимости социальной защиты.
