| dc.description.abstract | Summary:
In this article is presented the news related to treatment
and diagnostic approaches of the portal hypersplenism that
nowadays represents an actual problem of health. Understanding of the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and treatment of
portal hypertension has drastically changed during the last
years, but it continues to be a frequent cause of morbidity
and mortality. This fact is due to the distressful increase
in its prevalence. A better prognosis is possible only by
elucidating the mechanism which produced the dysfunction hemodynamic portal and by promoting an aggressive
therapeutic approach. | en_US |

В этой статье проанализирован материал хирургического лечения 334 больных циррозом печени, которым
выполнена азигопортальная деваскуляризация и спленэктомия. Представлены лечебно-диагностические
подходы для оценки эффективности проведенного
лечения, представляющие собой актуальную проблему
здоровья, параметры и протокол диспансерного наблюдения. Применение предложенного периоперационного
алгоритма реабилитации больных циррозом печени
после спленэктомии улучшает результаты лечения,
способствуeт раннему выявлению и лечению возникших
