Evaluarea nivelului de imunizare împotriva unor maladii-ţintă din Programele Naționale de Imunizare la copiii cu vârsta de 15-26 de luni

Abstract

Summary. The data of immunization level against target diseases of NIP in children aged 15-26 months. Present paper examine the level of vaccination coverage with some vaccines included in NIP in children aged 15-26 months in different territories of the Republic of Moldova, take into consideration that the objective of the NIP is to achieve vaccination coverage level equal to 95%. There were examined data from medical records about the immunization of 831 children aged 15-26 months randomly selected in 33 urban (534 children) and rural (297 children) from different geographical areas of the country. Was assessed completeness and opportunity of immunization with BCG vaccine, OPV, DTP, MMR, hepatitis B and Hib infection. Vaccination coverage analysis showed that its level in most vaccines, except Hib and MMR, is high with the values within the 98-100% without signifi cant difference between regions and geographies. Also in whole territory of Moldova was found a total delay of the fi rst OPV and DTP revaccination intended for children aged 22-24 months. The fi rst dose of MMR vaccine received a total of 91.3±1.9% children (90.8±2.5 in urban areas, rural – 92.3±3.0%, P > 0.05), the respective indices being at a lower level than expected for the NIP. It detected a signifi cant difference in vaccination coverage indices in different regions and territories of the R. of Moldova which requires the development of organizational measures.

Резюме. Оценка уровня охвата иммунизацией против целевых инфекций НПИ детей в возрасте 15-26 месяцев. В работе изучен уровень охвата иммунизацией некоторыми вакцинами, включенными в НПИ, среди детей в возрасте 15-26 месяцев в разных территориях Р. Молдова, с учетом того, что задачей НПИ является достижение уровня охвата прививками равного 95%. Были изучены данные медицинской документации о вакцинации 831 детей в возрасте 15-26 месяцев, отобранных по методу случайной выборки, в 33 городских (534 детей) и сельских (297 детей) населенных пунктах из различных зон страны. Была оценена полнота и своевременность им- мунизации вакцинами БЦЖ, ОПВ, АКДС, КПК, гепатита В и против гемофильной инфекции типа В (ГИ). Анализ охвата прививками показал, что его уровень для большинства вакцин, за исключением ГИ и КПК, показывает высокие значения в пределах 98-100%, без существенных различий между регионами. Однако, на всей территории Молдовы выявлена задержка первой ревакцинации АКДС и ОПВ, предназначенных для детей в возрасте 22- 24 месяцев. Первую дозу КПК получили в общей сложности 91,3±1,9% д етей (90,8±2,5 в городах, 92,3±3,0% в сельской местности, P > 0,05), то есть ниже требований НПИ. Выявлены существенные различия показателей охвата прививками в различных регионах и территориях Р. Молдова, что требует разработки организационных мер.
