Оптимизация системы здравоохранения как важнейшая составляющая государственной политики Украины

Abstract

Summary. Optimization of the Health Care System as an important part of the Ukrainian State Policy. In the article on the basis of publications of famous scientists of our country and the world analyzed the state of health of the population of Ukraine and the main reasons hindering the further development of the Ukrainian Health Care System. Improving and promotion of public health in Ukraine should become a national idea. According to the current needs of the preservation and promotion of public health and international standards, the need to change the health care system.A systematic approach to solving this problem involves the reform and optimize of not only Health Care System, but also to the fi eld of education, culture, social welfare, requires the creation of a new national ideology health. An important condition for the effectiveness of the Ukrainian Health Care System is involving of the population, especially young people, in the programs of a healthy lifestyle, maintain and strengthen their own health.

Резюме. В статье на основании публикаций известных ученых Украины и мира проанализировано состояние здоровья населения нашей страны и основные причины, тормозящие дальнейшее развитие системы здравоохранения Украины. Решение проблемы сохранения и укрепления здоровья населения в Украине должно стать общенациональной идеей. В соответствии с современными потребностями сохранения и укрепления здоровья населения и международными стандартами отмечается необходимость изменить систему здравоохранения. Системный подход к решению этой проблемы предполагает реформирование и оптимизацию деятельности не только системы здравоохранения, но и отраслей образования, культуры, социального обеспечения, требует создания новой общегосударственной идеологии здоровья. Важным условием эффективности системы здравоохранения является участие населения, особенно молодёжи, в программах формирования здорового образа жизни, сохранения и укрепления своего собственного здоровья.
