dc.description.abstract | The gluten free diet strictly followed throughout life is the
only treatment for celiac disease. The study aims at assessing the difficulties of the gluten free diet among children
with celiac disease and to identify factors that inhibit or
improve adherence to diet. The research included 35 children with celiac disease, hospitalized from 2012 to 2014
in the Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology
of the PMSI Institute of Mother and Child.
As a result, it was established that 80% strictly followed the diet, 14,28% periodically failed diet compliance, and it was not followed in 5,71% cases. Among
the main causes of diet non-compliance identified by
parents were: lack of gluten-free menus in schools and
kindergartens 91,42%, lack of gluten free foods in the
country 82,85%, reduced financial possibilities 71,4%,
lack of parents and relatives awareness of the child`s
health risk in 17,14%, and accidental 5,71%. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Соблюдение строгой безглютеновой диеты на
протяжении всей жизни является единственным
лечением целиакии. Для оценки трудностей с
соблюдением диеты без глютена среди детей
с целиакией и выявления факторов, которые
препятствуют или улучшают соблюдение диеты,
было включено в исследовании 35 детей, страдающих
целиакией, которые были госпитализированы с
2012 по 2014 год в отделение гастроэнтерологии и
гепатологии Института матери и ребенка ИОМД. В
результате было установлено, что строго соблюдали
диету 80% детей, 14,25% периодически нарушали
режим диеты, в 5,71% случаев она не соблюдалась.
Среди основных причин диетического бездействия,
выявленных родителями, были: отсутствие меню
безглютена в школах и дошкольных учреждениях −
91,42%; отсутствиепродуктовбезглютенав стране
− 82,85%; отсутствиефинансовых возможностей−
71,4%; недостаточная осведомленность родителей
и родственников о риске для здоровья ребенка −
17,14%; случайно − 5,71%. | |
