| dc.description.abstract | Summary.
The study aimed evaluating the remedy AV (Aqua v.) the
type and intensity of the inflammatory reaction on the test
pharmacological model of irritation on rabbit ears.The
witness was the SF (saline) solution for pharmaceutical 9
mg% NaCl. Injection of animals was done under aseptic
conditions and Advanced antisepsis after irritation test
method 1/3 lower and external ear Zealand white rabbit 1
Kg. The rights to his ear and left ear injected AV SF. The
amount administered was 0.1 ml every substance which is
about 20 mg / kg. Registration inflammatory effect was made
by transillumination on a Nikon digital camera to purchase
the IBM PC PIV MAESTRO, and the analysis was done with
Mathlab Symulink 09. After a 24-hour monitoring (image
capture accomplished at 30 «intervals) were made on the
26 curves of animals used in the experiment (the area of
erythema and vasodilation degree of arterial and venous).
Comparative study aims to evaluate the effects of inflammation
by triggering any AV to SF in vivo experimental
model of irritation on rabbit ears, level, duration, other
