Evoluţia senescenţei şi soarta vârstnicilor în aspect social

Abstract

There are presented scientific data showing the evolution of aging, caused by the morphological changes in the body within life time. It emphasizes the difficulty of adaptation of elderly to the changes of living standards, but changes in their behavior often lead to conflicts, beyond the family range. These conflicts often serve as causes of chronic illnesses that require exhausting care and also financial resources. Elderly population’s solicitation of forensic pathology services and law enforcement protection determines the necessity of researching this social problem, because victims are represented by the most vulnerable category of population - the elderly.

Приводятся литературные данные об эволюции старения, обусловленной морфофункциональными изменениями в организме на протяжении жизни человека. Указывается на трудности приспособления людей преклонного возраста к меняющимся условиям жизни, а отклонения в их поведении зачастую приводят к конфликтным ситуациям не только в семье. Подчеркивается, что причиной раздоров нередко являются хронические заболевания, требующие утомительных уходов и материальных ресурсов. Обращение старых людей по поводу побоев к услугам судебных медиков и правоохранительных органов диктует необходимость изучения данной социальной проблемы, поскольку жертвами становится самая незащищенная категория населения.
