| dc.description.abstract | Summary.
Aspects of the implementation of quality management in
hospitals.
In this article it is shown the quality is the rate of satisfaction
obtained through the medical services offered to the
patients. It is mentioned that the key of quality management
is “the man of whole quality” which represents in
fact the implication of the whole medical team to achieve
a performance.
There are described and analyzed those three types of criteria:
structural criteria, process criteria, and result criteria
which are used in the measurements of the quality. | en_US |

Некоторые аспекты внедрения менеджмента
качества в больницах.
В статье описывается качество медицинских услуг,
которое измеряется удовлетворенностью клиентов, в
зависимости от особенности оказанных медицинских
услуг.
В документе описывается, что ключ к менеджменту
качества – это “человек сумарного качества”, который
является участником медицинской команды учреждений
здравоохранения и способствует качественным
достижениям здравоохранения.
В работе проводится анализ типов критериев: критерии структуры, критерии процесса и критерии резуль-
тата. Все перечисленные критерии используются для
