| dc.description.abstract | In our study were included 50 patients
with calcaneus fractures, hospitalized
in the section №1 of SCTO in the period 2005-2008. Each patient was examined according to the questionnaire
elaborated at the beginning of the
study in order to obtain some uniform
data. The sex structure contained 43
men and 7 women of the age between
42,44+/- 1,6 years.
The study of the post operator radiographic image allowed us the evaluation of the Bohler’s angle size, which
was 15-24 degrees at 24 patients
(48%), between 25-40 degrees at
26 patients (52%). According to this
particularities we can conclude that
the calcaneus fractures are severe
(gr. II and gr. III and happen 72%);
according to the deepness type it can
be noticed that it occurs almost in
the same proportion at all the deepness types.
The distant determination of the result
of the chirurgical treatment of the
calcaneus fractures was made on 34
patients, which were examined according to the AOFAS score. | en_US |

отд. №1 БТО в 2005-2008 гг. Нами
проведено проспективное исследование с использованием шкалы
AOFAS у 43 мужчин и 7 женщин в
возрасте 42,44±1,6 лет.
Значение угла Bohler в 48% случаев
было 15°-24° и в 52% – 25°-40°.
Большинство оперированных переломов были II-III ст. | ru |
