| dc.description.abstract | The aim of the study was to evaluate the
interrelations between uterine myoma and
pregnancy. The study included 120 pregnant
women that were divided in two groups:
70 pregnant women with uterine myoma
in the study group and 50 pregnant women
without uterine myoma in the control group.
The pregnancy course and complications
were analyzed. Our results show that the
pregnancy associated with uterine myoma
is a pregnancy of a high risk because of
multiple possible complications. Practical
recommendations for pregnancy surveillance in women with uterine myoma were
elaborated and methods for complications
prophylaxis were described. | en_US |

и миомой матки. Обследованы 120
беременных, которые были разделены
на две группы: основная группа – 70
беременных с миомой матки и контрольная группа – 50 беременных без миомы
матки. Были описаны осложнения во
время беременности у женщин с миомой матки. На основе полученных результатов было продемонстрировано,
что беременность, ассоциированная
с миомой матки, представляет собой
беременность высокого риска, исходя
из возможных многочисленных осложнений. На основе исследования были разработаны практические рекомендации
по ведению беременности у женщин с
