Профилактика хронического панкреатита

Abstract

Summary. The study is about pathogenesis, causes and incidence problems of the age-related clinical development, its varieties and development forms as well as diagnosis – including laboratory and instrumental procedures. Aside from that, the research also deals with differentiated treatment directed to the study of proinflammatory and anti-inflammatory cytokins secretion and the blocking of their receptors. The importance of active follow-up examinations and prevention of exacerbation and development of chronic pancreatitis are discussed.

Rezumat. Prelegerea tratează la un nivel ştiinţific contemporan problemele incidenţei, cauzelor, patogenezei, dezvoltării clinice ale bolii în funcţie de vârstă, variaţiile şi formele evolutive, precum şi diagnosticarea patologiei, inclusiv metodele de laborator şi cele instrumentale. Tratamentul diferenţiat cu o direcţionare de perspectivă spre studierea secreţiei de citochine proinflamatoare şi antiinflamatoare şi blocarea receptorilor acestora, supravegherea ambulatorie activă, prevenirea acutizărilor şi dezvoltării pancreatitei cronice sunt de asemenea abordate.
