dc.description.abstract | Introducere. Afecţiunile ORL sunt frecvente, pot apărea indiferent de sezonşi, în lipsa administrării unui tratament adecvat, pot duce la complicaţii grave [1].
Scopul lucrării. Cercetarea principiilor tratamentului modem al afecţiunilor ORL.
Material şi metode. Studiul, analiza şi sinteza datelor literaturii privind medicaţia afecţiunilor otorinolaringologice.
Rezultate. Analizând 86 cazuri de afecţiuni ORL la IMSP Spitalul Clinic Republican mânui 2016, am constatat, cârmitele au fostdiagnosticate la 12 pacienţi (13,95%), amigdalitele la 35 pacienţi (40,70%), sinuzitele la 39 pacienţi (45,35%). Mai frecvent la femei se atestă îmbolnăvirea cu amigdalite cronice formă decompensată (65,72%). Sinuzitele comice afectează preponderant bărbaţii (76,92%). Pacienţii cu amigdalită cronică forma decompensată au dezvoltat complicaţii: reumatism articular acut (68,57%) şi
cardiomiopatie (31,43%). în cazul finitelor şi sinuzitelor au fost trataţi prin antibioticoterapie (50%), prin puncţie (27,83%), lavaj sinusal (22,17%). în cazul amigdalitelor pacienţii au fost trataţi prin amigdalectomie (100%), după tatament chirurgical au administrat antibiotice (100%), analgezice (100%).
Concluzii. Cercetarea a demonstrat predominarea amigdalitelor şi sinuzitelor; medicaţia fiind cu analgezice,decongestionante, antibiotice şi tratament chirurgical. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Introduction. ORL affections are very common and can occur in every season and they can lead to serious complications without an appropriate treatment. [1]
The aim of the study. Modem principles research of the ORL diseases treatment.
Material and methods. The theoretical study, analysis and synthesis of informational data on the otorhinolaryngological affection’s medication.
Results. Analyzing 86 ORL cases at IMSP Republican Clinical Hospital in 2016, we found that 12 patients (13,95%) were diagnosed with rhinitis, 35 patients (40,70%) had tonsillitis and 39 patients (45,35%) suffered from sinusitis. Frequently, women (65,72%) suffer from decompensated chronic tonsillitis. Chronic sinusitis affect mainly men (76,92%). Patients with decompensated chronic tonsillitis developed complications like acute articular rheumatism (68,57%) and cardiomyopathy (31,43%). Patients with rhinitis and sinusitis were treated with antibiotic therapy (50%), by puncture (27,83%), nasal lavage (22,17%). In tonsillitis, patients were treated by tonsillectomy (100%) and after surgical treatment they administered antibiotics (100%) and analgesics (100%).
Conclusions. The research showed the prevalence of tonsilitis and sinusitis; the medication used in these cases is prescription of analgesics, antibiotics and surgical treatment. | en_US |
