Starea morfo-funcțională a ficatului la bolnavii cu peritonită postoperatorie, tratați prin metoda abdomenului deschis. Profilaxia și tratamentul insuficienței hepatice prin metoda infuziei intraportale

[...] 71 patient with postoperative peritonitis. Threated by the method of open, peritoneal drainger, were examined (10 from them with concomitent pathology of the liver. The morphological and biochemical changes were described as toxical hepatodystrofy. The prevention and treatment of the hepatical insufficiency were performed by the ussual methods of conservative therapy in this grupe of patients. The prevention and treatment of the hepatical insufficiency by the method of intraportal drug infusion were performed at 30 patients (11 from them with concomitant pathology of the liver). The method of the intraportal drug infusion permited to decrease the mortality in 2,11 times, to decrease the appearance of the clinical forms of the hepatical insufficiency in 1.8 times. The intraportal drug infusion sanate the perihepatocellular spaces, provides the hepatocytes with energy. Make the optimal concentration on the drugs in the hepatical circulation. [...]

[...] Было изучено морфо-функциональное состояние печени у 71 больного с посеоперационным перитонитом. Леченных «открытым» способом (из них 10 - с сопутствующей патологией печени. В данной группе больных профилактика и лечение печеночной недостаточности осуществлялись традиционными методами. 30 больным профилактика и лечение печеночной недостаточности проведены методом интрапортальной инфузионной терапии (ИПИТ), С со путствующей патологией печени - 11 больных. Метод ИПИТ позволил уменьшить летальность в 2.11 раза; в 1.8 раза уменьшить частоту возникновения клинических форм печеночной недостаточности. ИПИТ способствует улучшению и восстановления белково-синтетической функции печени, уменьшает явления цитолиза и желчестаза, способствует нормализации липидного обмена, создает оптимальную терапевтическую концентрацию лекарственных веществ в сосудистом русле печени, уменьшает явления печеночно-клеточной недостаточности у больных с сопутствующей патологией печени, а у больных без сопутствующей патологии печени - устраняет эти явления.
